The companies in our portfolio were not assembled by accident. Each division was selected for its ability to generate independent cash flow, serve a defined customer base, and operate efficiently with lean overhead.

Two of our four divisions serve Florida's tourism economy from different angles — transportation and travel — providing natural cross-referrals without dependency. The retail and digital services divisions diversify geographically and economically, with revenue streams unaffected by South Florida's seasonal patterns.

This composition isn't theoretical portfolio theory. It reflects how we actually run a small holding company in practice: with clear-eyed operators, modest capital, and a preference for businesses we understand deeply over businesses we hope will scale.

How We Operate

The portfolio reflects the operator.

Stand-Alone Economics

Each division generates its own revenue, pays its own bills, and demonstrates its own unit economics. We don't cross-subsidize. A division that can't support itself doesn't earn additional capital.

Operator Oversight

Leadership maintains direct operational oversight of the transportation and travel divisions — the two divisions with the highest customer contact. The retail and digital services divisions run with greater automation but the same accountability.

Shared Infrastructure

The holding company provides centralized leadership, finance, and digital infrastructure. Brands keep their own identities and customer relationships. Customers experience distinct businesses; the parent provides the discipline behind them.
