Version 2.0

Clear, Bright & Smart Diversified Holdings LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website clearbrightsmartdiversifiedholdings.com (the "Site") and the brand and service properties of its operating divisions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit or use the Site.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use the Site.

— Section 01

Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through clearbrightsmartdiversifiedholdings.com and any related corporate communications. The operating divisions of Clear, Bright & Smart Diversified Holdings — including Amped Auto Rentals, All Inclusive Vacations Store, Political T-Shirts Online, and CBS Marketing & SEO — may maintain their own separate privacy policies governing data collected through their respective platforms.

When you interact directly with an operating brand, that brand's privacy policy governs the data collected there. When you contact the corporate office or interact with this Site, this Privacy Policy applies.

— Section 02

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Personal Information — name, email address, phone number, organization, postal address, and similar identifying details when you voluntarily provide them (for example, when contacting the corporate office, submitting an inquiry, or subscribing to communications).
  • Usage & Technical Data — automatically collected information including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, timestamps, and aggregated analytics data.
  • Cookies & Tracking Data — small text files and similar technologies used for session management, preferences, security, and analytics. See Section 7 for details on the cookie types we use.
  • Communication Data — the content of any emails, messages, or other communications you send to us, along with associated metadata.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as financial account numbers, government identifiers, biometric data, or health information through this Site.

— Section 03

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Site and services
  • To respond to your inquiries, requests, partnership proposals, or support needs
  • To send corporate communications, updates, or content you have specifically requested
  • To monitor Site activity, detect operational issues, analyze usage patterns, and improve user experience
  • To protect against unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or other harmful activity
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
  • To support business operations including accounting, recordkeeping, and risk management

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

— Section 04

Information Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service Providers — vendors who process data on our behalf, including hosting providers, email delivery services, analytics platforms, and similar technology providers, all bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Legal Authorities — government agencies, law enforcement, courts, or regulators when required by law or to protect the legal rights, safety, or property of the company, its members, employees, customers, or others.
  • Professional Advisors — attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurance providers, and similar professional service providers acting on our behalf.
  • Business Transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, where information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

— Section 05

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we either delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you.

Inquiry communications are typically retained for two years from receipt. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form indefinitely; identifiable analytics data is retained for the period set by the analytics provider, typically 14 to 26 months.

— Section 06

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Portability — request a copy of your information in a portable format where applicable
  • Restriction or Objection — request that we limit or stop processing your information for certain purposes
  • Opt-Out — opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
  • Non-Discrimination — exercise your privacy rights without receiving discriminatory treatment

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@cbsdh.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 to 45 days).

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Swiss residents have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

— Section 07

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies — required for the Site to function properly, including session management, navigation, and basic security. These cannot be disabled without affecting Site functionality.
  • Preference Cookies — store your settings and preferences to enhance your experience on return visits.
  • Analytics Cookies — collect aggregated usage data to help us understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content and design. We may use third-party analytics providers including Google Analytics.
  • Security Cookies — help protect against fraudulent activity and ensure the integrity of the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or notify you when cookies are being placed. If you disable cookies, certain Site functions may not work correctly.

Do Not Track signals: Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals in a uniform manner, as there is no industry-standard protocol for interpreting them. We treat all visitors consistently regardless of DNT signal.

— Section 08

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our Site is hosted on servers located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, where applicable, or other recognized transfer mechanisms.

— Section 09

Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls, regular security reviews, and staff training.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge this inherent risk when using the Site or transmitting information to us.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

— Section 10

Children's Privacy

Our Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@cbsdh.com and we will take steps to delete the information.

— Section 11

Third-Party Links

Our Site contains links to third-party websites, including the websites of our operating divisions and external service providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit through links from our Site.

— Section 12

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, applicable law, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" dates at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Site or other communication.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
